Our hot tub covers are made of high-quality materials, ensuring superior strength and durability. They are also mildew and UV-resistant, guaranteeing that your hot tub will stay in the best condition for years to come.

SHINING OUTDOOR HOT TUB COVER DETAIL:

Marine Grade Vinyl: Shining thermal spa cover use RoHS and ASTM approved Marine Grade artificial leather (PU) fabric, which is waterproof, Anti-UV, anti-mildew, anti-cold cracking(-15°C), mold proof, non-toxic, abrasion resistance, ect. 

Bottom Side PVC: Shining hot tub cover use cold cracking resistance, heat-resistance, anti-mildew and tear-resistance PVC.

Drainage Holes: On Bottom Side of Shining spa cover and skirt Vinyl, there are some drainage holes to get rid of the water going inside of the cover. Holes can extend cover life about 18 months.

Available Color Option: Artificial leather fabric from Shining has lots of colors as options. We have 9 selected popular color options, and welcome for customized, OEM / ODM order as well. 

Tapered Foam Core: Shining use 1.5lbs/ft³ high-density of EPS foam which can enhance the insulating value and improve the heat-retaining capacity, it save energy. It also can enhance strength and toughness of Shining spa cover for better solving snow-laden situation in Nordic country cold winter.

Foam Core Structure: Shining install Galvanized C-channel slot into foam of both sides for supporting strength. 

Thickness: 110mm in the center, and tapers to 70mm at the edges. Shining got more options: 120~80mm；150~100mm；or according to customer’s requirement.

Shrink Film: both PE or Aluminum Film is available as options, which cover the foam to prevent water vapor into the foam core.

Tie-down Straps: User friendly design, Shining provide 4 locks with belts.

Durable handles: Shining cover handles on two sides can better help user to lift the hot tub cover.

Shining Spa Cover Skirt: It prevent dirt into the bathtub, and prevent water vapor from leaking out. Skirt is about 100-125mm.

Shining Warranty: 1~3 Years, depends on order detail requirements.
