Round Hot Tub Thermal Spa Cover

Shining Outdoor Technology Co., Ltd. applied for ASTM certificate.  We've been in manufacturing  spa cover, hot tub cover, swim spa cover since 2015. 

SHINING OUTDOOR HOT TUB COVER DETAIL:

Shining Marine Grade Vinyl: Shining thermal spa cover use RoHS and ASTM approved Marine Grade artificial leather (PU) fabric for spa cover, which is waterproof, Anti-UV, anti-mildew, anti-cold cracking(-15°C), mold proof, non-toxic, abrasion resistance, ect.

Shining Bottom Side PVC: We use cold cracking resistance, heat-resistance, anti-mildew and tear-resistance PVC fabric.

Shining Drainage Holes: There are some drainage Holes on Bottom Side and skirt Vinyl to get rid of the water going inside of the cover. 

Shining Available Color Option: Shining got 9 selected popular color options, and welcome for customized, OEM / ODM order as well. 

Shining Tapered Foam Core: We use 1.5lbs/ft³ high-density of EPS foam. Strong and better support the whole cover.

Shining Foam Core Structure: Galvanized C-channel slot is installed into Shining's spa cover foam of both sides to improving supporting strength. 

Shining Cover Thickness: 110mm in the center, and tapers to 70mm at the edges. We got more options: 120~80mm；150~100mm；or according to customer's requirement.

Shining Cover Shrink Film: both PE or Aluminum Film is available as options.

Tie-down Straps: Shining provide 4 locks with belts.

Durable handles: Shining cover handles on two sides can better help user to lift the hot tub cover.

Shining Spa Cover Skirt: It prevent dirt into the bathtub, and prevent water vapor from leaking out. Skirt is about 100-125mm.

Warranty: 1~3 Years, depends on order detail requirements.
