What is your payment terms?
T/T with 30% deposit, and 70% balance payment before shipment.

How is the warranty policy?
For difference products, warranty policy will be little bit different, and it also related to the price system. Normally speaking warranty period 1~3 years. Pls kindly contact your business consultant for more information.

What is your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 20 sets each size item. Sample order is fine, but the freight will be very expensive.

Could you put our logo on the packing?
Sure. Pls kindly send us your logo detail, logo positions are available on warning label, or packing.

How long is your delivery time?
For sample order, 15 days upon payment received. For container order, 30-45 days upon 30% deposit received, and container will be loaded upon 70% balance payment received. The specify delivery time depends on the order quantity.

For sample order, by air or by express (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, EMS); For container order, by sea.
